Short breaks and Bed and Breakfast are also possible subject to availability. Reductions are available in the low seasons for longer lets and bookings for two or more properties.

**Tourist Tax is charged at 76 cents per person per day payable on arrival. Under 18s are exempt. **

Changeovers are usually Saturday to Saturday, however we are happy to accept midweek bookings wherever possible – Mid and Low Seasons only.

Deposit

We ask for a 25 % deposit on booking, the balance being due eight weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday. (Please also see the booking conditions).

A damage deposit of 100.00€ is payable at the time your final balance is due. This will be returned to you after your departure assuming no damage is found.
